Tafheem-ul-Quran (En) · 57. Al-Hadid · Ayah 26
وَ لَقَدْ اَرْسَلْنَا نُوْحًا وَّ اِبْرٰهِیْمَ وَ جَعَلْنَا فِیْ ذُرِّیَّتِهِمَا النُّبُوَّةَ وَ الْكِتٰبَ فَمِنْهُمْ مُّهْتَدٍ١ۚ وَ كَثِیْرٌ مِّنْهُمْ فٰسِقُوْنَع﴿26﴾
- وَلَقَدْاور البتہ تحقیق
- اَرْسَلْنَا نُوْحًابھیجا ہم نے نوح کو
- وَّاِبْرٰهِيْمَاور ابراہیم کو
- وَجَعَلْنَااور بنایا ہم نے۔ رکھا ہم نے
- فِيْ ذُرِّيَّتِهِمَاان دونوں کی اولاد میں
- النُّبُوَّةَنبوت کو
- وَالْكِتٰبَاور کتاب کو
- فَمِنْهُمْ مُّهْتَدٍ ۚتو بعض ان میں سے ہدایت یافتہ ہیں
- وَكَثِيْرٌ مِّنْهُمْاور بہت سے ان میں سے
- فٰسِقُوْنَفاسق ہیں
Translation · Tafheem-ul-Quran (En)
We 48 sent Noah and Abraham and placed in the progeny of them both the Prophethood and the Book. 49 Then some of their descendants adopted guidance but many became transgreessors. 50
Tafseer · Tafheem-ul-Quran (En)
48 Now it is being told what corruptions appeared among those who believed in the Prophets who came to the world before the Prophet Muhammad (upon whom be Allah's peace and blessings) with the Signs and the Book and the Criterion.
49 that is, whichever Messenger came with Allah's Book, was from the progeny of the Prophet Noah and, after him, from the progeny of the Prophet Abraham.
50 'Became transgressors" became disobedient.
